Returns & Exchanges.
We hope you love your DuWop products, but if for any reason you need to make a return, www.duwopcosmetics.com has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order. Simply include a copy of your sales order with the return and detail the reason for returning the product(s). Securely wrap the package and send your return by Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you happen to order the wrong shade or product, we don't want you to have to wait for the return to process (we know how exciting it is to get that PERFECT shade of lip gloss!). Simply place a new order and return the wrong shade or product. DuWop is not responsible for any shipping fees or handling involved in the exchange.

DuWop is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. You can always get another copy by printing your email confirmation order. For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

Please note that only products purchased through www.Duwopcosmetics.com will be accepted for return.

PayPal refunds will be made upon our receipt of returned goods. Please allow up to 7 business days for your PayPal refund to be posted through their system. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been made.
